Family Grouping or Fee Aggregation- by matching First line of Address and Postcode

In order to set up family grouping for fees you need to advise  us via a Freshdesk Ticket, and we will configure the system accordingly.

Our Method:

We combine flat/ house number and first line of address, to create the first line of address for this matching process.

We then match that first line of address and postcode, so you need to ensure that upper/lower case and punctuation is exactly the same in each record that you wish to aggregate.

You can also, and separately, provide us with a list of investors who you wish to link or group, who do not live at the same address.  You do this via Freshdesk instruction.

Fee aggregation or family linking operates so that the combined AUA is utilised to calculate Platform fees for the individuals in the group.  So all wrappers in the group will benefit from the lower Platform fee when their combined AUA tips them into a new tier or band.

This function works well when there are tiered or banded fee structures in place.

Fee aggregation, or family grouping/linking is not of benefit to IFA firms (and their investors) where a flat fee is being applied (with or without a capped element).
