Ad-hoc Fee Correction Request
Use this guidance when an investor has been charged more adviser fees than required and a one-off reimbursement is needed.
When to use this
- This template is required when excess adviser fees have already been collected and a correction is needed.
- Alternatively, the excess payment can be clawed back over time by reducing future adviser fees via the portal.
Note: if the fee was incorrectly charged due to an incorrect portal instruction, the adviser fee will still need to be amended via the portal for future collections.
How to submit the request
Please raise a new Freshdesk ticket and include the following information:
- Investor full name:
- Investor 11 digit client reference:
- Adviser firm:
- Date(s) of incorrect fee(s):
- Amount agreed at fee creation:
- Amount collected over the period in question:
- Amount outstanding for the investor to be reimbursed by the adviser:
- Investor bank details:
- Expected date of adviser payment to Hubwise:
