Dear all,

Our next planned release will be implemented on the evening of Thursday 16th May 2024.

This release includes functionality improvements to the Adviser Portal and some bug fixes, the details of which can be found below. Please review and cascade to your teams as appropriate.

Spotlight Items

Postcode look up functionality in the Advisor Portal - We have added postcode look up to all areas of the portal where address details are required. This will improve data capture accuracy & enhance the auto matching element of our family grouping/fee aggregation functionality.

On entering a valid post code, the look up button will verify and display address options. This function uses an external data source so please check the fields are populated correctly and make manual adjustments as necessary.

The postcode field is a mandatory field, and an error message will be displayed where the postcode entered is invalid.

Transfer Provider address details - We have made a change to the transfer section of the account application journey. To assist the adviser in selecting the correct Transfer Provider, we have made the transfer provider details (address) visible from step 1 in the process. Previously, only the transfer provider name was available at this stage. This will be a welcomed change by advisers as it reduces:

· The risk of incorrect selections

· The need to query cases via Freshdesk

· The risk of delay to transfer processing

Raise funds journey enhancement - We have added a confirmation step when selecting the option to raise funds via the “all account actions” menu. The user will be presented with a message asking that they intend to raise £xxx value. Once selected, a message will confirm successful submission of the instruction. This change adds an additional control point and reduces the risk of errors being made.

Kind regards,

Jo Jones

Managing Director
