It is the Platform’s responsibility to directly provide your investors with the following documents:
- Quarterly Statements and Valuations
- Annual Costs and Charges Disclosure Report
- Annual Tax Packs / CTC & CGT Reports
- Contract Lists / Notes
These regulatory, portal generated documents can be provided to the investor via these options:
- Email Notification to the investor's email address inviting them to view their documents via ‘Public Access’, where they will be prompted to provide their Date of Birth and Postcode or other personal details to access the documents OR
- Email Notification to the investor’s email address inviting them to click the link to their Web Access where they can login and view their documents.
- Where an investor is vulnerable or does not wish to received email/electronic notifications, these documents can be sent to the investor by post. By unchecking the email notification box, and not providing an email address, this will trigger these documents to be posted.
