I am emailing to let you know about a deferral we are making. In December 2019 we published PS 29/19: Making Transfers Simpler: Feedback on CP 19/12 and final rules. The rules were due to come into force in July 2020.
We have today updated our website to indicate that we are deferring the implementation date of the Investment Platform ‘Making Transfers Simpler’ rules by six months until 1 February 2021.
