Modified on Fri, 28 Jun, 2024 at 12:56 PM

Dear client,

We wanted to draw your attention to an update the FCA posted yesterday relating to communications that legacy Hartley customers may have received in recent days. These communications have not been authorised by Hartley or the Administrators and may be a scam. The communications should not be engaged with and should be reported to the contact details provided by the FCA.

The FCA update can be found at this link and is copied below for reference: https://www.fca.org.uk/news/statements/hartley-pensions-update

17 January 2023 update: We are aware that consumers have been receiving emails from 'admin@hartleypensionsuk.com' and calls from 020 7971 1496. These messages and calls appear to claim that they are on behalf of Hartley. Any correspondence from this email address or phone number is not authorised by Hartley or the Joint Administrators and may be a scam. If you receive communications from this email address or phone number, the Joint Administrators advise that you do not engage with it, and report it via hartleypensions@uhy-uk.com or 0800 063 9113 (UK callers), +44 20 3282 8151 (international callers)
