Partial Transfers- Procedure

Within the Plan Transfer Authority Details page in the portal, the partial transfers box is available for selection.

The partial amount should be specified in the amount box- to ensure the transfer coming in matches expectations in the portal

Partial transfers can be cash or in-specie.  

For in-specie it is essential that the holdings to be transferred are defined.  

A holdings file (csv) (attached hereof the instruments and quantities to be transferred will need to be submitted through Freshdesk.  

A procedure guide - attached here- explains the required process.  

This file should be provided- via Freshdesk-  once the application has been completed.    

The Transfer Authority Form can be manually completed to add this detail also- and then uploaded to the Documents area of the Investor's record in the Portal.  By categorising this as "Transfer Authority Form" the Transfers team will get an auto-alert and begin Transfer work - manually- as this is a partial transfer.

For all partial transfers, cash or in-specie the transfer process will involve direct communication with the ceding party.
