There is no contingent relationship between regular withdrawals and transfers-in.
We do not await for the Transfer-in to complete before actioning a Regular Withdrawal request that has been keyed into the Portal.
The system will sell down across holdings that are present in the Portal in order to support the Regular Withdrawal request.
If you do not want this to happen you should wait, and instruct the Regular Withdrawal after the Transfer-in is completed.
