Electronic Transfers

SS&C Hubwise is a registered electronic counterparty that is authorised to send and receive transfer requests to configured counterparties via electronic transfer gateways. Therefore we do not require sight of a signed transfer authority form (TAF)  in order to process a transfer electronically.

Hubwise use Altus for Cash & stock transfers for the following product types: ISA , GIA & JISA

Altus for In-specie Re-registration of HWS (SIPP)

Origo for Cash HWS (SIPP)

Please note

Please note -

The counterparty may reject the electronic Transfer & request we process manually. In this instance we will require signed forms in order to facilitate the transfer.

If we do not have an agreement with the counterparty to allow electronic transfers, we will need to arrange the connection. Please allow time for this connection to be established. (Relevant for Altus cases only).

The transfer will only work electronically if the ceding reference matches the counterparties configured regular expression.

Please see column F in the Altus electronic counterparty guide for confirmation of the ceding parties reference format.

Please see In Scope Policy Number Range 25th April 2023 - Origo for confirmation of reference formats.

If the transferring counterparty is not set up in the electronic system. We require a Transfer authority form to be uploaded to Docvault.

The team will receive an email notification once uploaded and request the manual transfer within a 24-48 hour time frame. If there is any issues with the form we will notify you via Fresh desk ticket.
