Back-office processing issues 26/04/2023

Dear client,


We regret to inform you that we have identified an issue in the platform which has impacted this morning's back-office processing. The overnight auto-processing job is initiated upon receipt of an End of Day pricing file. Unfortunately, following a change to our data vender, this file was not received at the usual time and the overnight job did not run.

 

The job has commenced at start of business this morning, however this will mean there are some delays to the usual processing timeframes. The reporting suites that are normally distributed early morning will also be delayed; these should be available within the next hour. As a result of the delayed pricing file, we have reverted to the prices from End of Day 24/04/2023. You may therefore note some stale valuation figures or even zero value holdings.

 

Our immediate focus is to ensure all dealing activity takes place as early as possible and will continue to work to restore full functionality and limit any further impact to the end investors. Your patience and cooperation is appreciated in the meantime.
