There are two important new points (3 and 4) regarding ticket dropdown selection.
We have provided a list so you can look for the most relevant query description and then choose the closest matching Ticket Type and Subject. We will continue to work on simplifying these dropdowns.
“Ticket Type” ensures correct prioritisation, and “Ticket Subject” enables us to allocate the task or query appropriately.
Thank you for your ongoing support, we are continuing our recruitment campaign into the Customer Service team. Like a lot of businesses progress is slower than we would like, and we are considering different approaches to resolve the situation.
