2022 Tax Year End Cut-off Times

Modified on Fri, 28 Jun, 2024 at 12:56 PM

Dear Client

The cut-off times and criteria for the Tax Year End (TYE) period are noted below.

Please do remember that there is no guarantee that the TYE deadline will be met for instructions received after these dates.

To ensure we can identify requests on Freshdesk as quickly as possible, we have re-activated the TYE indicator and would ask that you use this where appropriate please.

Criteria for electronic payments:

In line with our normal procedures, money received from an account that is not the nominated bank account, will need to go through an additional validation step.  To avoid this, we would ask that you ensure investors only use their nominated bank account. Where this is not possible, please see the deadline noted below for providing secondary bank account information.

Instances where the amount received is more than 10% outside of the provided expectation also require manual intervention and again, this will delay processing. Please therefore ensure that expectations created on the portal are as accurate as possible.

Criteria for cheque payments:

Our preference is for investors to pay electronically wherever possible, as we continue to experience postal issues in the Lichfield area, as noted in our email communication dated 2 December 2021.

If a cheque is the only option, please ensure that these are with us by Friday 18 March 2022.  We cannot accept requests to amend subscription dates because of cheques that arrive after this date.
