As you are aware, we implemented our October release yesterday evening however, despite extensive testing we have identified some anomalies that weren’t identified.
- SS&C Hubwise SIPP product - we are currently experiencing intermittent issues with adding a transfer in the adviser portal to our SIPP product. Users will be unable to progress through the transfers screens and in some instances, information previously displayed may be missing.
- Document notifications - Where Public Access links are being used to notify investors of new document uploads (statements, contract notes etc), these links are currently presenting a blank page.
I would like to assure you that we are working on this as a priority, and we are planning a further interim release to correct both issues this evening.
