IFAs have self-serve functionality in the Portal to enable read-only Web Access for their investors once an account has been opened.
How to Activate Web Access
- Go to the Main Menu and select Web Access.


- Select the relevant investor.
- Check that the investor’s email address is present and correct.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Activate.

- Follow the on-screen instructions.

Your investor will receive an Activation Email prompting them to create a Password and Memorable Phrase.
Both will be required for future logins.
Please remind your investor to:
- Save the Portal URL
- Keep their Password and Memorable Phrase stored safely
- Use Google Chrome where possible (recommended browser)
Activation and Access Tips
These simple checks resolve most access issues:
- If the link in the email does not work, ask the investor to type the Portal URL manually into their browser.
- There is a short session window between entering the password and memorable phrase (around 30 seconds). If too much time passes or incorrect information is entered, the session will close and they will need to retry.
- If an investor does not activate within 48 hours, you can select Resend Activation.
- If they become locked out, you can select Reset Password (temporary password valid for 24 hours).
