Web Access

IFAs have 'self serve' functionality in the Portal to enable read-only Web Access for their investors, once a wrapper/account/product has been opened.


Select "Web Access" from the Main Menu:



Click on the investor who requires access, scroll to the bottom of the page, checking that their email address is both present and is correct


Then click "Activate":


Follow the final instructions:




Your investor will receive an Activation Email, and they will be asked to create a Password and Memorable Phrase.


Please remind your investor to save the URL for the Web page, and to ensure they know their Password and Memorable Phrase and keep it noted somewhere safe.


If they do get locked out of their Web Access, you can follow the procedure above to 'Reset Password' or if they do not activate within 48 hours, you can 'Resend Activation'.

Web Access Status (as it appears on MI reports)

  • I=Inactive
  • A=Active
  • D=Disabled
  • N= Awaiting Activation
  • P=Disabled, pending password reset
