Password resets

IFAs can reset an investor’s portal password directly through the Portal.


Investors have read-only access, so they cannot request or trigger their own reset.


How to Reset an Investor’s Password
  • Go to the Investors tab.
  • Select Web Access.


  • Choose the relevant investor.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page.
  • Select Reset Password.


A temporary password will be issued and is valid for 24 hours. If the investor does not log in within this time, a new reset will be required.
