IFAs have functionality in the Portal to instruct password resets for investors.
The Investors only have Read-only access to the portal, so they do not have this functionality.
To reset the password of an investors account, follow the steps below:
1. Select "Web Access" in the Investors Tab.
2. Select the relevant investor, then scroll to the bottom of the page.
3. Select "Reset Password".
