Modified on Fri, 28 Jun, 2024 at 12:56 PM

Dear Client,

We are pleased to advise you of our latest software release which will be deployed on the evening of 14 January 2022. The release includes:

  1. Estimated payment date for withdrawals in both the Adviser and Investor Portals. We will display an estimated payment date when inputting a single withdrawal based on the time it will take for the underlying instrument sales to settle.
  2. Old Court Appointed Deputy (CAD) option removed from the application process. Removed the old Court Appointed Deputy (CAD) option from the application process and replaced it with the new CAD account creation method that should be utilised.
  3. Surplus cash investment for MIS accounts. Added the ability to perform an ‘Invest surplus cash’ instruction at sub account level.  An 'invest surplus cash declaration' page will be presented and will need to be completed before submission of the instruction.
  4. Performance correction. Improved the account performance calculation to provide greater accuracy when considering inter-account transfers along with their associated movements in and out.
  5. Investor dashboard chart improvement. Correctly displaying all sub accounts in the dashboard pie chart, where the parent account has zero value.
  6. Single employer DDs in Add/Amend contribution. No longer allowing for multiple employer DDs to be added when performing an amendment to a pension account.

It is very important to us that you understand the changes that will be applied and how they impact you.  Should you have any questions then please contact the Customer Services Team via your Freshdesk Account.

Kind regards
