We are pleased to advise you of our latest software release which is planned for deployment this weekend, 29th and 30th January. The release includes:
1. Accounts with a status of Transfer Out (TOU). We now display accounts at TOU status within the Investor Portal. Previously these were not selectable from the search screen.
2. Withdrawal Requests. We now verify that there are bank details present before allowing a user to continue with a Withdrawal request. An issue arose where withdrawals were entered with no bank details present, and this is no longer possible.
3. Direct Debit entry. Adding a new DD when there is an existing archived one, no longer fails when attempting to submit the amendment.
4. Application forms. Pension applications forms no longer duplicate one off contributions under both self and employer payer sections.
5. Invest surplus cash for sub accounts. Invest surplus cash instructions for sub accounts now create valid instruction records. Previously the submission would not result in an investment arising.
