Dear client,
We are pleased to advise that our July release will be implemented on Friday 28 July 2023 and includes new features, enhancements and fixes, the details of which are outlined below.
HWPLAT-2386 ISA transfer declaration wording – We have made a small amendment to the ISA transfer declaration wording to replace HIS (Hubwise ISA) with the standard ISA to prevent any confusion.
HWPLAT-3003 Hubwise Connect contact details – We have made a minor amendment to the Hubwise Connect portal to reflect a change in the contact email address customer.services@hubwise.co.uk should now be
HWPLAT-2715 & 3015 Vulnerable Customers –The investor display and maintenance pages will be updated to show details related to vulnerable customers and to highlight the actions required to meet their requirements. If an entry of ‘yes’ is entered against vulnerable customer, then a widget will be enabled the capture the necessary details.
HWPLAT-3061 Dashboard Performance - In addition to the graph data point improvements that we implemented in our last release, we have made a further fix to the dashboard performance results to ensure the overall values displayed next to the performance graph are reflective of the changes.
HWPLAT-3205 Duplicated crystallised/uncrystallised values in pension drawdown – Previously when adding a SIPP, selecting Drawdown and for example adding two pension transfers which are fully crystallised, the drawdown application screen would erroneously present duplicated fund values with, for example, £20k crystallised and £20k uncrystallised. This has now been corrected.
HWPLAT-2306 Allowing drawdown applications with zero PCLS/income selection – We have rectified an anomaly that was preventing Drawdown applications from completing when income or PCLS had not been added. We would expect this to work as it is a valid scenario and have therefore corrected the issue.
Kind regards
Douglas Boyce
