Dear Client,

We are pleased to advise you that a minor upgrade to the Adviser portal has been undertaken on 30th October 2021.    The release was primarily to improve application, amendment and illustration documents as noted below:

  1. Application Form and Illustration - We have made improvements to both forms reflecting requests from our Partners.  For example, the application form now displays the full set of bands/tiers (to align with the illustration); the maximum Hartley SIPP charge is presented in the illustration rather than the % value; The illustration document’s first-year charges table has had the Custody and Management Fees entry renamed to Platform and Investment Charges (to be consistent)  and there is a notes section in the illustration that explains the meaning of OCF and other terms.

  2. Amendment Application - wording improvements.  We have made improvements to the Amendment Letter. For multi-investor accounts we now have the address block reference all investors, the salutation for two people is [person 1] and [person 2] instead of comma separated and the amendment declaration section has a signature and date box drawn per investor. We have also updated the wording to be clearer concerning using the account number as a payment reference.

  3. Stop a Member Payment page being included in the Application Form.  This is a bug correction - the additional page should not have arisen.

  4. New Models are now set to non-display.  We now default newly created models/revisions to hidden - previously they were accessible.
