Dear Client,


We are pleased to advise you of our latest software release which is planned for this evening.  This release includes:


New feature:

  1. Inter Account Transfers - We have added a new transaction description in the "Account Details" section in the portal. When instructing an Inter-Account Transfer, the details will be displayed on both the transferring from, and transferring to account. This will show a "pending" status until the point at which the transfer is complete. The status will then be updated accordingly. 

Enhanced features:

  1.  Charge selection screen - We have addressed a minor issue that was resulting in a charge type being removed from the drop down menu, if this charge type had previously been selected and then amended
  2. GBX price display - We have amended an intermittent display error that resulted in GBX prices to display as GBP in the Investor Portal’s Transactions page. The page now displays £ or p for each row accordingly
  3. Web Access Activation - We have added a reminder as part of the web access activation process that the link is only valid for 24 hours. After which a new link is required. 

In addition to the above, we are working on enhancing our SIPP drawdown functionality and this has now moved to a BETA stage. We anticipate full release of this in the coming weeks and will share more with you as this progresses.
