Hubwise Hartley Pension Transfer Authority Forms We have enabled the ability to upload a Hartley Pension Transfer Authority form to our document vault in a similar way to that currently supported for GIA and ISA products. The upload service will then deliver the document securely to Hartley. This negates the need to separately deliver a form as an attachment to an email with implications for confidentiality.
Beneficiary full name on Adviser portal. We now display the full name of a beneficiary on the Account Details page rather than just the Title and Surname.
Regular Direct Debit collection. We have corrected the text on the application/amendment forms for HHS and CHS regular contributions to state that DDs are collected on the 1st rather than the 18th.
Illustration. We have fixed a small bug in the illustration that was causing it to fail to produce a document in the event a direct debit was set to be collected after the 28th of the month.
Performance page error. We have fixed a small issue that was causing the performance page to report an error when there were no holdings or cash on the selected account. Previously the page assumed that there would have been values present even if currently zero.
Performance page error - date selection. We have fixed a bug that was causing the performance date range to attempt to use the end of the previous month as opposed to the account creation date when selecting the month the account was created in for the start value.
