We are pleased to advise you of our latest software release which is planned for this evening, 30 April 2021.
The release includes:
Illustration - Payments into plan - We have improved the wording of this column to confirm that this includes current value and additional contributions
In-specie transfers - We have corrected a small anomaly that had affected the minimum value for in-specie transfers. This is £100 in line with our Terms and Conditions
Transfer web page - We have corrected a display issue that was causing the transfer/re-registration details to be removed if any of the contributions for the application/amend were changed
Menu change - we have renamed the add charge description to better reflect its capability, which includes amending and removing charges
Transaction page error - We have resolved an intermittent issue where the transaction page was displaying incorrectly when reviewing more than one document simultaneously
DFM Charge - We have resolved a system issue whereby a DFM fee was being incorrectly applied when switching to a regular (non-DFM) managed model
