Aviva Investors Global Convertibles - Lux SICAV. Notification of Fund Closure

Dear client,

We have been informed  that the Board of Directors of Aviva Investors has taken the decision to close the above Sub-Fund. 

Please see a summary of the key dates below: 

30th April 2024: Notification of closure issued to shareholders. Subscriptions into the Fund suspended.

15th May 2024: Suspend redemptions / conversions from the Fund.

21st May 2024: Liquidation Date.

24th May 2024: Proceeds paid to Investors (on a T+3 basis).

Please see attached the original notification and a list of the ISINs impacted. 

Currently there are no shareholders on the Hubwise platform.
