Dear Client,

We are pleased to advise you of our latest software release which is planned for this evening, 29th July 2021.   The release includes:

  1. Change of Bank Account Name for electronic payments.  The bank account name has changed from Hubwise Client Money a/c to Hubwise securities, please use this new name in all communication for one-off electronic payments

  2. Account Validation.   We have made improvements to how we collect house names and house numbers such that it aligns with address validation checks.  This should reduce the number of referrals that may arise

  3. Account Performance page.  Within the advisor portal, the performance page has been updated so that the default period for reporting is 12 months instead of 6 months.

  4. Change of Timeout for Adviser portal web pages.  We have resolved a minor error that was causing intermittent timeout of some pages in the advisor portal when in use

  5. Addition of ceding party email address to all relevant forms.  We have added the ceding party email address to the application forms.  This should facilitate contact if needed

In addition to the above web changes we also have a new report available.  This report documents the drift at instrument level for floating models.  Its purpose is to enable the user to track drift as a basis for assessing the need for model switches.  If this is appropriate for your business please raise a Freshdesk ticket and request that the Floating Model Report be provided.

Should you have any questions then please contact the Customer Services Team via your Freshdesk Account.

Kind regards

Douglas Boyce
