Incorrect Dashboard Data & MI 17/10/2023 |
Dear Client, |
We are aware that there was an issue with the overnight dashboard update last night. Unfortunately, the process which merges all the different data sources together failed meaning the cycle did not fully complete. |
As a result, the majority of MI reports generated this morning were incorrect. |
We are also aware that data relating to models and their associated account values under the Model Maintenance dashboard showed a zero value earlier today. This issue has been resolved. |
We will shortly commence re-running the MI reports. In some cases, you may find an apparent duplication of reports. In this instance, please refer to the report with the most recent time stamp on it. This is the report with the correct data. |
