Morningstar Price Feed Issue 12/10/2023

Dear Client,

Despite steps taken last week to rectify the price feed issue with Morningstar, we are aware that there has been a further problem with static prices this week.  We have been working on this issue since yesterday to stabilise the feed & rectify as much as possible.

The price feed with Morningstar has now been restored meaning that the portal, MI reports and any other feeds reliant on this data should now be up to date & contain EOD 11th October prices.

We expect prices for EOD today, 12th October to be updated overnight.

This issue did also impact prices for both EOD on 9th and 10th October. We have now updated these prices in the portal.

We are aware of some exceptions (primarily products that do not price daily) and these will be reviewed as part of our normal process.

Morningstar have confirmed to us that this is not a SS&C Hubwise specific issue, and they have been managing this as a multi-client incident.

We do apologise for the inconvenience caused and are working with Morningstar to understand why this issue has occurred.
