We are pleased to confirm that we have resolved the issues experienced this week with pricing and a new file will be used to refresh prices this evening and going forward. We are performing final tests prior to unloading into live but we wanted to update you with progress asap, a further communication will be issued later today to confirm.
We are also taking this opportunity to evaluate the sources of data that we have in place and steps are being taken to ensure we do not have a similar issue going forward.
We apologise again for this matter which was beyond our control.
