Investor name is entered into the portal as part of the initial product / wrapper application.
The details are therefore captured in the original application which is stored in PDF format in the investor Documents area of the portal
For security reasons, IFA firms are not permitted to change the name as part of their Portal functionality.
Please complete the following information and submit to Fresh Desk on a new ticket using the following title format:
“11 digit* client reference number, client name and adviser firm ”change of name’’
● Investor full name as it is currently held:
● New name to be applied to the investment
● Account ID
