Dear Client,

We are pleased to be delivering our next web release over the weekend of 9/10th July 2022.

New Features

Ability to Manage Expectations. A new Manage Movements/Expectations screen is available that displays all movements for the account.  For movements that remain outstanding/incomplete there is the ability to change the value expected or to remove the expectation.  On occasions the actual value of a cash transfer in or a top up will have changed, and without modifying the expectation the incoming cash may not match.  On other occasions there may have been a change in decision after the expectation was entered.  An Adviser can now administer these changes without recourse to freshdesk tickets.   This change will be provided from 15 July following the completion of an early adopter programme.

Ability to request a drawdown illustration for the SS&C Hubwise SIPP.  The capability is now in place to request a drawdown illustration for this pension product.

Minor Improvements

Amendment Documents now retained in the Investor’s document store.  Until this change the user had to specifically load the amendment documents (for example contribution amend) into the Investor’s document store.  With this change the documents will be lodged automatically.

Removal of Investor ID from Transfer form.  The transfer authority form no longer contains the investor ID because some ceding parties were incorrectly using that as the reference instead of the account reference that we include and request for use.  This was leading to unnecessary exceptions in our bank matching processes.

Product search panel.  As we now have a lot more products available across the platform, we’ve changed the product search panel in the accounts search picker drawer to render as a smaller box and have a scroll bar to navigate the list.

Estimated withdrawal date. The estimated withdrawal date for single withdrawals is now displayed again.

Should you have any questions then please contact the Customer Services Team via your Freshdesk Account or by email at customer.services@hubwise.co.uk.

Kind regards
