Dear Client,

We are pleased to advise you of our latest software release which is planned for the evening of 28 September 2021.  This release includes:

Improved Features and Enhancements:

1) Accounts transferring out in cash - We have updated the Investor Portal to allow accounts at TOC (transferring out in cash) status to be viewed

2) Resolution for duplicate investor records - we have made a small change to the back office process for investor creation which will remove the scenario where the user is able to click “create” multiple times, creating duplicate records

3) Multiple transfers from the same Ceding Party not restoring data from saved applications - When registering two or more transfers from the same ceding party, then resuming the application or amending the details, not all of the saved information was being displayed in the Transfer and Re-Registration sections (steps 3 and 6). This has now been corrected and all information is being retained and returned

4) New employee access - we have corrected a minor issue that was preventing new employee Web access when an apostrophe was included in the email address required for activation (e.g. O’Brian@...)

5) Regular withdrawal instructions amended to zero value - We have added logic to the Withdrawals screen to prevent progressing through the amendment process if the value is set to zero. Regular withdrawal cancellations must be requested via Freshdesk

Should you have any questions then please contact the Customer Services Team via your Freshdesk Account.

Kind regards

                                                      Douglas Boyce
                                                   Managing Director
