We are pleased to confirm that an interim service upgrade for the Adviser Portal for applied last night.
This upgrade addresses a few specific areas that are outlined below.
MIS and supporting Ringfenced cash. MIS accounts now have the Update Ring-fenced Cash menu available on both the primary and any sub accounts. This will ensure that cash can be better protected against investments.
Activity text display. When performing an amendment with the income option to invest contributions into a new model, the summary text and employee activity text now display the new model details instead of the current model.
Fix for Bank Panel. When creating a new application, if no bank details are entered at this stage, but then entered at the payment options step, it no longer overrides the entered details with blank records.
