All ISA & GIA DDs/ regular payments in are handled via electronic direct debit. We do not need sight of signatures.
Employer Regular contributions/ DD instructions can be submitted on the portal, and the IFA then needs to obtain the Employer's signature and upload into the portal.

DD instructions must be submitted on the Portal at least 9 working days before the DD collection date. The portal will automatically direct you to the next available collection date. If your investor wants to contribute before that date then you can "Add/amend contributions" and instruct a top up / one off lump sum.
