How to send funds- Add/Amend Contributions- Top Ups- Adding an 'expectation' in the Portal

Find your Investor via Dashboard/Manage in the Main Menu of the Portal

In the Investor Global Overview screen click the 'cog' - All account actions
Select Add/Amend Contributions
Follow the six step online process
NB: See separate guide for a description of each Investment Option in step 3


This process does allow you to print an Amendment PFD and Illustration PDF if you wish to provide these documents to your investor.

Hubwise do not need any paperwork- this is an online function.

Once you have clicked "Confirm Amendment" the expectation will be saved in the portal

When the money arrives the system will automatically invest inline with your instructions in Step 3 of the process


If the money that arrives does not match the expectation (or within a 10% tolerance of the expectation) but the money has arrived from the nominated bank account, and has the correct Account Number- then the money will be applied and will stay in cash.  You will receive a Cash- No expectations" report via the Admin Menu (cot) Company Reports area, and you can action "Invest Surplus Cash" via the All Account Actions "Portfolio Switch/Rebalance" function.
