Please use Freshdesk to communicate with the Customer Services Team to advise us when you have stopped your relationship with the investor.
Please note, you should cancel any ongoing adviser fees, if you haven’t done so already. You can do this in the ‘All Account Actions’ menu of the portal, in the ‘Add/Amend Charges’ option, where you can reduce your fees to zero.
The investor will still remain under your environment on the portal until they have either transferred away to
a new IFA or for ISA & GIA products only - they instruct us to cash in their policy.
