Novating an investor from one Adviser to another Adviser within the same IFA firm or another IFA firm within the same Platform

If you have an investor who wants to move from one Adviser to another Adviser within the same IFA Firm, we can 'novate' the investor record.  

Please provide the details on the attached template- rename it so that it provides a clear title and attach to a Freshdesk ticket. 

We will then amend the Adviser under the investor and confirm to you once completed. 

You should provide us with a copy of the signed LoA from the investor.
