In terms of making a structured product available we would go through the same process as making a fund available. The IFA firm or DFM would complete a Request via Freshdesk, stating the requirement and we check if we can hold / trade / get a price feed for the instrument
Typically, we have traded these instruments via email. We also have the ability to utilise WBS if appropriate.
We do not currently have the ability to settle via EUROCLEAR / Clearstream. We settle via CREST.
