Happy New Year from all at SS&C Hubwise. We would like to thank you for your support throughout 2025 where we were collectively able to deliver a 34% increase in assets under administration. To start 2026, we would like to share further positive news on recent service improvements as well as items we are focused on in the first part of the year.
1.End of Day Reporting Upgrade
Following a period of rigorous out of hours testing, we have upgraded our end of day reporting cycles. Every evening, SS&C Hubwise process thousands of MI reports to share with our Partner Firms and 3rd party software vendors (delivered via SFTP/ API/ or Hubwise portal in Company Reports). This is in addition to the many regulatory and internal control reports.
Following the upgrade, our monitoring has indicated that the production time has reduced by a half meaning that you will consistently receive our comprehensive range of MI significantly earlier each morning.
To support this upgrade, we have moved some end of day processes to intra-day. This will enhance real time performance data in the portal.
Please note that there is no change in the format of the data itself.
2.Knowledge Base Refresh
We are pleased to confirm that the Knowledge Base refresh work is complete. This has been a significant piece of work for teams across SS&C Hubwise to review 450+ articles. Following the review we have:
• Archived almost 300 articles
• Made amendments to 44 articles
• Created 35 new articles
• Where possible, we have transitioned the content from separate PDF attachments to HTML text (a stepping stone in enabling future AI/ Chat tools)
• We now have 170 accurate articles on the Knowledge Base (stored in a more logical folder structure)
• With the Knowledge Base Content Committee, we have a working group to continue to review and refresh the content.
We would like to thank you for your understanding while this review was undertaken and encourage you to share any feedback for future improvements.
3. Removal of standalone SIPP Illustration
For the SIPP product, there are currently two journeys available that generate a SIPP illustration:
1. Standalone SIPP illustration journey
2. Full SIPP application journey
Since the summer of 2025 the full SIPP Journey has included all illustration functionality. We will therefore be decommissioning the Standalone SIPP Illustration.
For any previous illustrations generated via the standalone journey, the user will be required to complete an illustration through the full SIPP application journey. Please take this communication as early opportunity to notify users and move to the full SIPP application journey.
4. Removal of the Hubwise Connect Website
Following the acquisition of Hubwise by SS&C in 2022, information previously held on the Hubwise Connect website has transitioned to the SS&C website. The Hubwise Connect website (www.hubwiseconnect.co.uk/) will be removed in due course and in the interim has a link to the new location. If this website if stored as a favourite, please update this to the following link:
