First Eagle US Small Cap Opportunity Fund R2-GBPC - Hard closure notification

We have been notified about upcoming changes of the Asset Manager and their fund range.

As the First Eagle US Small Cap Opportunity Fund has now gone through $100m, the existing founders share classes will be closing to new business on 28th February 2025 (any existing investments can remain in there).

This means shareholders at the time of the closure will still be able to sell their holdings but cannot make any further investments.
