Dear Client,

We have been notified that the fund manager are updating the name of the WS Montanaro European Income Fund, effective 5th April 2024.

Change is dependent on the shareholders approving this at the shareholders meeting taking place on 28th march 2024. If the Changes are voted in favour, the name of the Sub-fund shall change as follows:

From WS Montanaro European Income Fund to WS Montanaro Europe (ex-UK) Small and Mid-Cap Fund
