Granahan US Small Cap Discoveries Fund - Liquidation

Dear client,

We have received the attached notification from Granahan that they will close and terminate the Fund in accordance with the powers provided to the Board in the Company’s
memorandum and articles of association.

Accordingly, with effect from 16 May 2024 (the “Effective Date”), provision will be made for the costs of termination, and then all Shares in the Fund which have not been previously redeemed will be compulsorily redeemed at the Net Asset Value per Share. Up until the Effective Date, Shareholders can redeem Shares in accordance with the normal redemption procedures outlined in the Prospectus on any Dealing Day.
The Board further advises that, with effect from the date of this letter, the Fund will be closed to all new subscriptions.
