Investor Bank Details & How to change Bank Details

Investor Bank Account details are entered into the Portal as part of the initial product / wrapper application.  

These details are therefore captured in the original application which is stored in PDF format in the Investor Documents area of the Portal.

Other than this document, investor bank details are not visible on the Portal for security reasons.  Also, for the same security reasons, IFA firms are not permitted to change bank details as part of their Portal functionality.

Process for the change/update of existing bank details 

Instructions: The below is required for requesting a change of bank details for an investor, please accompany this with a certified copy of a bank statement, or confirmation that you have completed due diligence.

Please complete the following information and submit to Fresh Desk on a new ticket using the following title format: 

“11 digit* client reference number, client name and adviser firm”/change of bank details' 

 Insert: Change of bank details Please change the investor bank details according to the following information.  

● Investor full name: 

● Investor client account number*: 

● Bank name: 

● Name on bank account: 

● Sort Code: 

● Account number:  

* Account reference numbers are made up of 2 alpha characters and 9 numeric characters. 

Process for removing bank details. 

Please complete the following information and submit to Fresh Desk on a new ticket using the following title format: 

“11 digit* client reference number, client name and adviser firm”/removal of bank details' 

● Investor full name: 

● Investor client account number*: 

● Bank name: 

● Name on bank account: 

● Sort Code: 

● Account number:  

Process for adding new/additional bank details. 

Instructions: The below is required for requesting a change of bank details for an investor, please accompany this with a certified copy of a bank statement or confirmation that you have completed due diligence.

Please complete the following information and submit to Fresh Desk on a new ticket using the following title format: 

“11 digit* client reference number, client name and adviser firm”/removal of bank details'

Please confirm on the ticket whether the bank details quoted should be used and primary or secondary bank details.
