We can accept trust payments or solicitor payments from third party bank accounts.
In order to accept these we will need the IFA Partner firm to confirm that they have carried out the relevant due diligence on the Trust bank account and confirm the bank details by providing a certified statement from the account the funds will be transferred-in from.
Then we will be able to accept and process the payment.
