Good afternoon,
We are currently working on the following improved features with a view to release these to you as soon as possible. Following completion of testing we will be able to confirm exactly what we have implemented and what we will be continuing to work on.
We have updated the framework that the adviser and investor portal utilise, you may see some slight visual changes, but the functionality remains the same, other than the improvements listed below:
- Correct Currency Denominator - Currency denominator is no longer set as £ throughout the portal and instead uses the applicable three-character currency code based on the account’s currency
- Company Reports - The company reports pages now contains a date range filter which defaults to the last 3 months and allows for searching for older files
- Transfer complete status - Transfers at a complete status are now displayed as such on the Account Details page
- Model identifier within the Account Details page - The model identifier tag (e.g., Standard model/MIS model/Floating model) is now displayed next to the model’s name under the Portfolio section on the account details page
- MIS performance page - MIS accounts now have an amalgamated line for the Payments In/Out on the Performance page
- Drifted % for FLB model type - There is a new column displaying the Current Allocation for floating bespoke models in the Model Details page
- ‘Add/amend charges’ on MIS accounts - MIS accounts have the Add/Amend Charges screen available
- MIS accounts with more than one person linked - Multi-investor accounts using an MIS model no longer have duplicated account tabs displayed per investor
- Performance display for joint MIS accounts - Multi-investor accounts using an MIS model no longer have duplicated account lines per investor displayed on the performance page.
- Nominated bank details for saved amends - Saved amendments use nominated bank details each time they are opened to ensure identify and utilise any bank changes
- Illustration failure to generate - The illustration document will generate when the selected retirement age is the same as the investor’s current age
- Perform Raise option no longer available on BPS/FLB model accounts - The Perform Raise screen is no longer available for accounts using BPS or FLB models as it's not a permissible action.
- Validation on JISA applications for existing Cash JISAs - Selecting that an existing cash JISA exists when applying for a new JISA no longer displays a warning
- Account amendment activity for surplus cash investment - Use of the Invest Surplus Cash option is logged in the Employee Activity screen
- Current year subscription box on ISA transfer page - The ‘Amount Subscribed in Current Tax Year’ field on ISA transfer applications has validation to only allow values less than or equal to the current tax year’s allowance
- SS&C Hubwise SIPP illustration updates - We are replacing our in-house illustration for the SS&C Hubwise SIPP and moving to the Elements (CTC) Illustration. Several amendments have been made in order to ensure all the necessary data is available and displayed correctly. This means users will see the same illustration style for both the Start Illustration and the Start Application journeys.
