Dear Client,
We are pleased to advise you of our latest software release which is planned for live deployment at the end of day on Friday 25th February. The release includes:
- Cancellation of withdrawals. You can now cancel regular withdrawals via the adviser portal by using the new Cancel button.
- Order Upload. The order upload functionality (to provide us with manual dealing instruction) has been improved following feedback from Partner Firms, to ensure more scenarios are catered for. An example of this enhancement is the consideration of varying buylists between different DFM, sub customer and platform environments.
- Employer Electronic Transfers - Hartley SIPP. Employer contributions made by electronic cash transfer will now be paid directly to Hubwise. The Add/Amend Contribution journey has been changed to reflect this, both in the web page and in the application form. In addition, if an employer electronic transfer is requested where no employer details are held, we now include the employer details panel as part of the amendment process.
- Employer Cheque payments. We no longer support the collection of cheque payments from employers. Following analysis, we have noted that this capability has had minimal use in the last nine month period. The main purpose of the enhancements to the contribution process is to accelerate investment and unfortunately cheques often result in delays.
- Morgan Lloyd Illustrations and discharge forms. Amendments have been made to the illustration for DFM charges, and for product descriptions in the pension discharge forms.
- Hartley Drawdown illustration corrections. Analysis of the illustrations generated through Hartley and by the platform identified minor changes that needed alignment. These have all been addressed.
Our next software portal release is scheduled for 17th March and will deliver the following additional services:
Bed and ISA. This capability will support the definition of an amount, a frequency (one off, monthly, or annual for example) and date for the transfer of cash from a GIA to an ISA for a given investor. This is being introduced to support forward plans for cash movements in the new financial year.
Hartley SIPP Illustrations for a proposed investor. The ability to support the generation of an illustration and application for an investor considering transferring to your platform will be supported. Both the accumulation and deaccumulation phases are covered.
Should you have any questions then please contact the Customer Services Team via your Freshdesk Account or by email at customer.services@hubwise.co.uk.
