Notification of June Software Release

Modified on Fri, 28 Jun, 2024 at 12:56 PM

Dear Client,

We are pleased to be delivering our next web release over the weekend of 11/12th June 2022.

New Features

Phased Investments for Transfers In.  This release now enables the ability to phase investments for incoming cash transfers.   Previously this was restricted to lump sum / top up contributions.  Note that where there is more than one transfer requiring a phasing the drip feed will be created based upon aggregate amounts once the cash has been received.

Investor Contribution Totals by Tax wrapper.  There is a new page which provides an overview of the investor’s current tax year allowances and contributions.  This has been designed in response to partner feedback to enable easier identification of under-utilised allowances.

Support for Accounts in USD and EUR.  Different currencies for accounts are now supported. It is selected during the Configuration step of an application. This is a configurable option based on product and platform rules and if enabled, the dropdown will have currencies other than GBP made available.  For partners interested in this capability please raise a Freshdesk ticket in the first instance.

Minor Improvements

Contribution limit Panel. This panel (displayed during the contributions step) has been overhauled with the validation logic in order to support product allowances that we have added to the system.

Investor login - Memorable word.  The wording on the investor login page has been changed to match that of the account creation page so now states, Memorable Word rather than Memorable Phrase as it was causing some confusion for some investors.

Company Session Document Uploads. For users who have the ability to switch company sessions to other managed environments, uploading documents within other environments will now correctly set the document values to allow it to be seen by the advisers and the investor within that environment.

Our next web release which we are planning for later in June will provide the ability to Manage Expectations. A new Manage Movements/Expectations screen will be provided that will display all movements for the account.  For movements that remain outstanding/incomplete there will be the ability to change the value expected or to remove the expectation.  On occasions the actual value of a cash transfer in or a top up will have changed, and without modifying the expectation the incoming cash may not match.  On other occasions there may have been a change in decision after the expectation was entered.  An Adviser will shortly be able to administer these changes without recourse to Freshdesk tickets.

Should you have any questions then please contact the Customer Services Team via your Freshdesk Account or by email at customer.services@hubwise.co.uk.
