As part of our obligations under Consumer Duty rules we’re delighted to inform you that in our latest release, we have made enhancements to our platform.
Vulnerability Flags
We have enhanced our portal to capture vulnerable customer information and service adjustments at a granular level in order to be able to help you provide more assistance for your customers who have characteristics of vulnerability. Vulnerabilities can be diverse, including health issues, financial hardships, bereavement or any other challenges that might require additional care.
Please ensure that this flag and any required service adjustments are updated for existing clients with characteristics of vulnerability and are populated for new clients as appropriate. This new field can be found in the ‘Investor Details’ tab.
