Due to a technical issue affecting portal access, we have temporarily removed the 'view on behalf of' functionality from our DFM portal. We are currently working on a fix which we hope to have tested and deployed by the middle of next week. In the meantime, to ensure we continue to meet your data needs, we would ask you to submit your request by raising a Freshdesk ticket or emailing
hw-services@sscinc.com as a manual workaround.
