FP Octopus UK Multi Cap Income Fund (the “Fund”) – Class S Shares Suspension of investment

 We are writing to you to inform you that we have been notified of the suspension of Investments in the Class S shares of the FP Octopus UK Multi Cap Income Fund as of 12PM valuation point today, 4th June 2021. 

After this point, existing Class S shareholders will no longer be able to add to their existing investment and no new investors will be accepted.

Models containing the impacted ISINs should be reviewed.
