Deletion or Merging of accounts

Requests to delete or merge accounts should be submitted via Freshdesk, including the Person ID and/or Account IDs involved, along with a clear reason for the request for audit purposes.


  • Accounts cannot be deleted where any activity has taken place for audit purposes.


Account Merge
  • Requests must specify which account will remain as the standing (active) account.
  • Confirm that no pending trades or unresolved issues exist before proceeding.
