Deletion or Merging of accounts

In order to delete a clients account:

 

Please complete the following information and submit to Fresh Desk on a new ticket using the following title format: 

“11 digit* client reference number, client name and adviser firm ”delete account’’

 

● Person ID and/or Account IDs that need deleting

● An explanation (for audit purposes) why these are to be deleted.

  

In order to merge a clients accounts:

 

Please complete the following information and submit to Fresh Desk on a new ticket using the following title format: 

“11 digit* client reference number, client name and adviser firm ”delete account’’

 

● Person ID and/or Account IDs that need merging

● An explanation (for audit purposes) why these are to be deleted.
