Sarasin Global Higher Dividend - Fund Merger

Dear client

We have been notified that the Sarasin Global Higher Dividend Fund will be merging into the Sarasin Global Dividend fund.

If the mergers get approved at the extraordinary general meeting, which will be held on the 27th June 2025, the merger will become effective on the 11th July 2025.

Please see all the relevant information in the notification attached. 

There are no current holders on the platform.
